We’ve had an exceptional service from Sean at Utility Guru. I can’t believe how fresh the house is since he fixed the issue in our drains. Our house is an old 1950s build in Chester and the drains were failing. Sean was efficient and reliable and talked us through each step of the process to repair them. I would recommend him to family and friends.

The vent from our soil pipe had blown off in the wind. The gent who sorted it was very friendly and explained everything he did and why. He replaced it with a more up to date unit and was done. I would definitely recommend Utility Guru to friends and family, and will use him again if we have other issues.

OMG This guy is absolutely 💯 amazing. Not only did he come out on a bank holiday!
Sean was Professional polite (easy on the eye ladies 🤣) seriously he did everything possible to sort my issue. Then help me to contact Welsh Water to get them out as it was into the street.
